Overlanders Christmas get together 2020

4WD level of difficulty: Easy ~ Medium (depending on who is coming)
Guests: Guests are welcome upon Confirmation of RSVP prior to attending
Description:
A chance to unwind after a very long year and sit back and enjoy a meal for lunch on Saturday and each others company with a few games during the day to keep it interesting. With the ability to camp the night so you don’t have to dive home on a full stomach and do some 4×4 tracks on Sunday on the way home for those who would like to, It is also necessary for all to bring the camping essentials, such as tables, chairs and any shade that you can muster.
Lunch:
Overlanders will be providing a Spit roast with a couple of meats meats( if you have a preference on meats please let us know when you RSVP ) , Veg and Salads for lunch on the Saturday for $10 each for adults, $5 each for teenagers and free for kids, payment to the club is required upon RSVP to allow us to odder enough food unless otherwise organised with Daniel, any additional dietary requirements can be catered for by letting us know in advance.
What to bring if only coming for lunch:
- Chairs of yourself and your family
- BYO Alcohol
- Game for all to play( optional)
What to bring if you want to stay the night :
- Camping equipment
- Dinner and Breakfast ( There will be the availability to pick something up in Yarragon for breakfast )
What to bring if you want to come to do some tracks on Sunday :
- Own recovery equipment
- Rated recovery point
- UHF Radio
- Lunch ( There will be the availability to pick something up in Yarragon)
